This Fifth Wheel carries a clean Missouri Title. This Fifth wheel has been hooked up to Electric and gas and everything worked. We don't run water through them so the electric water heater has not been tested. The floor over the axles does have some softness. This is not because a leak but because the design of the camper being an X Lite.
