1979 Chevrolet Corvette

Coming off the biggest year the Chevrolet Corvette ever had to date, 1979 promised to be another big year. And what a year it was! It seems everyone wanted a Corvette in 1979 and the numbers certainly did not lie. 53,807 Corvettes were built that year and was the biggest production year at that point. Our 1979 Coupe here was purchased new in Oct, 1978 at Schoner Chevrolet in Hartville, Ohio and remained with him until we acquired the car. Only 78,000 from new and the car runs and drives great. Optioned really well and would include: C49 Rear window defrost. C60 Air Conditioning. D35 Sport Mirrors. N37 Tilt/Tele Steering Column. N90 Aluminum Wheels. U58 AM/FM Delco Stereo System.
