Dry Climate, Barn-Find 1966 Honda S600 Roadster in very restorable condition. Appears to be a Japan or Asia market car-its right hand drive, and dataplate is in Japanese. Originally Red paint with black interior.
Currently black primer. Previous owner installed a BMC Austin Healey Sprite 948cc 4 cylinder engine and 4spd transmission apparently driving through the stock chain drive rear end!
Well engineered. Nearly complete car.
Body looks worse than it is. Floors, trunk and unibody are in overall very good condition, with some minor rust through on lower body. I think the very available, Honda N600 or z600 engine and transmissions will fit in this car, if owner wants to return to more original drivetrain. We are considering upgrading to a more powerful, Honda Motorcycle or small car engine.
