Frame off restoration on this 1953 Chevy Bel Air Hardtop Coupe. According to previous owner this is an original 19k mile car. I just turned it over to 23k. Updated 235 engine, 3 spd. manual, open drive shaft rear. Highly detailed engine with lots of chrome. Updated interior in red & grays. Cragar SS Wheels, Extremely, glossy bright red paint. It has been a show car and had less than 800 miles since restoration when I purchased. I drove it 200+ miles home. It was trailered to shows when I purchased it, but I drive it. This is a competitive local show car. Has won best of show at local show. It also can be driven at highway speed. Recently removed the dual carb setup since it was running too rich and flooding out. Runs great on 1 carb. Still have dual carb setup and will include it in sale, if desired.
