Take a look at this time capsule. 1961 International Binder C-112. Serial # is SB194839A. The fuel tank was replaced with a fuel cell. The brakes have been gone through and function. Runs pretty good. New frost plugs were put in and cooling system was gone through. rebuilt the carb. It's a great in town cruiser.
