The 2016 Hyundai Accent, part of the vehicle's fourth generation, is a compact car that has both sedan and hatchback body styles available. It comes in two trims: the SE and the Sport. Underneath the hood, the Accent boasts a 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine producing 137 horsepower and mated to a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission. The Accent's standard features include satellite radio, a six-speaker audio system and a USB port. On the safety front, the Accent comes with six airbags, stability control, and anti-lock brakes; however, it lacks the advanced driver assistance features like the blind spot monitoring and rearview camera found in many 2016 rivals. Fuel economy is inspiring with up to 26 mpg in the city and 37 mpg on the highway.
