The 2018 Kia Rio 5-Door is a subcompact hatchback, now in its fourth generation. The model holds a 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine under its hood, generating 130 horsepower paired to either a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission. This drivetrain layout provides the Rio with plenty of capability for in-town and high-speed driving. It comes in three trims: LX, S, and EX. Advanced safety features include available forward-collision warning system and automatic emergency braking.
