The 2018 Nissan Armada, part of this model's second generation, is a full-size SUV available in SV, SL, Platinum and Platinum Reserve trims. All trims are powered by a 5.6-liter V8 engine, offering 390 horsepower and mated with a seven-speed automatic transmission. Rear-wheel drive is standard, but a four-wheel-drive configuration is optional. For infotainment, all models come with an 8-inch touchscreen, navigation, and a 13-speaker Bose audio system, while compatibility with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto is notably missing. Safety features include front and rear parking sensors and a rearview camera. Optionally, buyers can add adaptive cruise control and forward collision warning with automatic braking. Changes for 2018 include standard features such as NissanConnect services, an 8" color display with multi-touch control, HD Radio, SiriusXM Travel Link and an Enhanced Voice Recognition.
