The 2019 Land Rover Range Rover Sport, part of the vehicle's second generation that started in 2014, is an elegant and powerful luxury midsize SUV. It comes with five different engine options, including a 254-hp turbocharged V6 diesel, a 355-hp or 395-hp turbocharged inline-six, a 518-hp supercharged V8, and a 398-hp plug-in hybrid. All engines pair with an 8-speed automatic transmission and standard four-wheel drive. The lineup includes six trims: SE, HSE, HSE Dynamic, Autobiography Dynamic, SVR, and a new PHEV model. The vehicle is equipped with notable tech features such as a 10" or 10.2" touchscreen. Safety features include lane departure warning, low-speed automatic emergency braking, and front and rear parking sensors. Major changes for 2019 include the addition of a Land Rover's excellent new dual-screen infotainment system and a plug-in hybrid model.
