The 2019 Mazda6, part of the third generation unveiled in 2012, is a sharp midsize sedan known for both its refined aesthetic and performance. It comes with choice of two engines: a standard 187-hp 2.5L four-cylinder or a turbocharged version delivering up to 250 hp. Both are paired to a 6-speed automatic transmission, with the turbo variant demonstrating impressive push on the highways. The lineup includes five trims: Sport, Touring, Grand Touring, Grand Touring Reserve, and the luxury-focused Signature. The infotainment includes an 8-inch touchscreen with Bluetooth, HD radio, voice command, and optional Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. Safety tech is robust, with standard features such as blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and lane-keep assist. For 2019, the MAZDA6 also introduced standard automatic emergency braking and forward collision warning across all trims.
