The 2022 BMW 3 Series is part of the brand's seventh-generation lineup, upholding the reputation of the Series' sporty pedigree. It's available in three trims: 330i, M340i, and M3 (plus the track-ready M3 Competition). The 330i is powered by a 255-hp turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, while the M340i’s 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine generates 382 horsepower. The top-tier M3 boasts a 473-hp or a 503-hp turbocharged six-cylinder. All models come with an eight-speed automatic transmission and feature either a standard rear-wheel drive or an optional all-wheel drive. The interiors are luxurious, featuring an 8.8-inch or optional 10.25-inch infotainment system with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The 3 Series also comes equipped with several safety tech options under the BMW's Active Guard suite, including forward-collision warning and automated emergency braking.
