The 2025 Nissan Ariya marks the inaugural generation of this all-electric SUV. Power comes from either a 63.0-kWh battery paired with a 215-hp electric motor driving the front wheels or an 87.0-kWh battery attached to a pair of motors that provide AWD and a combined 389 horsepower. An e-Pedal feature allows one-pedal driving while ProPILOT Assist 2.0 offers semi-autonomous driving, including hands-off highway driving. Ariya is offered in Venture+, Evolve+, and Premiere trims. Standard safety measures comprise 10 airbags, lane-departure warning, rear cross-traffic alert, and automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection. Inside, there's a clean, minimalist cabin dominated by two 12.3-inch screens for the instrument cluster and infotainment system with standard wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Notable for this model year, it's Nissan’s first EV that’s not a variant of an existing model.
